Our awsome New York pure maple syrup is available in 4 grades in this container: Golden, Amber, Dark and Very Dark. As the syrup gets darker in color the flavor gets heartier. Golden being the lighest and Very Dark being the darkest. We always strive to produce the highest quality product.
